About the cwba
public policy committee
The Public Policy Committee works to promote and protect the interests of women generally, as well as advocating for vulnerable populations.
Members advocate testify on bills before committee; draft legislation, ballot measures, and administrative rules; participate in coalition groups; and offer legal expertise on pending legislation.
We engage at all level of government and through active litigation via amicus briefs.
